This page explains how to delete the data ClipFlare holds about you, including anything we received from a connected Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or YouTube account. It complements our Privacy Policy.
Disconnecting removes the access token and the account name/id we stored for that network. It takes effect immediately, and we can no longer post anything on your behalf.
You can also revoke ClipFlare's access from the platform's own settings — for Facebook and Instagram, under Settings & privacy → Business integrations. Doing it there invalidates the token as well.
If you cannot sign in, send the request through our contact form from the email address on the account. We answer deletion requests within 30 days, as required by the GDPR.
| Data | When it goes |
|---|---|
| Social access tokens and connected-account names | Immediately on disconnect or account deletion |
| Uploaded videos and generated clips | Immediately on account deletion; otherwise automatically 7 days after they are produced |
| Account record, name, email, password hash | Immediately on account deletion |
| Scheduled posts not yet published | Cancelled and removed on account deletion |
| Invoices and payment records | Kept for the period French and EU accounting law requires, then deleted |
Posts already published to your own social accounts stay there — they belong to your account on that platform, and only you can remove them.
